We offer free shipping on all orders over 70€.
Delivery times typically range from 3-14 days, depending on your location.
Yes, the minimal order amount to place an order is 20€.
We’ll notify you by email and offer a full refund if an item you ordered becomes unavailable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and a description of the issue at returns@letusdressyou.com. We’ll offer a full refund for damaged items.
Returns and exchanges
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Here’s what you need to know:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels attached.
- Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, underwear/swimming suits and lingerie cannot be returned.
- You can find our full return policy with detailed instructions here.
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items that we will be happy to handle at our expense.

We process refunds within 1-7 business days of receiving your returned items. You’ll receive email notification once your return is confirmed and your refund is processed. Please note that your bank may take up to 10 business days to process the refund on your credit card.
